Albert Nathan Agency provides book marketing services including but not limited to book launch campaigns, Amazon marketing, author branding, paid advertising management, reader outreach, influencer and blogger outreach, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, Goodreads promotion, consulting, and custom marketing campaigns.

All services are provided on a project basis or ongoing retainer, as agreed in writing between the client and Albert Nathan Agency. No service is provided without a written proposal and agreement.

3. Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a binding agreement between you and Albert Nathan Agency. It is an expression of interest only.

Any proposal provided by Albert Nathan Agency is valid for the period stated in the proposal. Acceptance of a proposal must be confirmed in writing by the client before any work commences.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the campaign proposal and agreement. All campaigns require a deposit before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is payable as outlined in the payment schedule.

All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees associated with payments.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Albert Nathan Agency, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your book and marketing objectives
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner to keep the campaign on schedule
  • Provide access to necessary accounts and platforms required for campaign execution
  • Pay all fees and charges as outlined in the agreed proposal
  • Notify Albert Nathan Agency promptly of any changes to your book or marketing requirements

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Albert Nathan Agency website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Albert Nathan Agency or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this Site without prior written permission from Albert Nathan Agency.

Any content, including book covers, author photos, and testimonials, shared with Albert Nathan Agency for marketing purposes remains the property of the client. Albert Nathan Agency is granted a non-exclusive license to use such content for the purpose of executing the agreed campaign.

7. Confidentiality

Albert Nathan Agency respects the confidentiality of its clients. We will not share your personal information, book details, or campaign strategies with third parties except as necessary to provide the agreed services or as required by law.

Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Albert Nathan Agency, including marketing strategies, processes, and pricing.

8. Results and Disclaimers

Albert Nathan Agency makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes including book sales, Amazon rankings, revenue, audience growth, or any other quantifiable results. Marketing results vary based on numerous factors including book quality, market demand, audience size, budget, timing, competitive environment, and campaign execution.

While we aim to deliver the best possible results for every client, we cannot predict or guarantee specific outcomes. Case studies and testimonials on this Site represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albert Nathan Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or the services provided.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific campaign or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Albert Nathan Agency may use third-party platforms and tools to deliver services, including but not limited to Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Formspree. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or performance of these third-party platforms.

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms used in their campaigns.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a campaign agreement in accordance with the termination terms specified in the written agreement. For projects without a specific termination clause, termination requires written notice from either party.

Albert Nathan Agency reserves the right to terminate a campaign if the client fails to make payments as agreed, fails to provide necessary information or access in a timely manner, or engages in conduct that is detrimental to the campaign's execution.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed before a termination request is non-refundable. Any unused portion of a pre-paid retainer may be refunded at the discretion of Albert Nathan Agency.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed within 14 business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
